Hey! My name is Keith Cox and I began my career journey back in 1998 in the retail space working in bicycle shops in central Illinois. What started as a part-time job for me quickly became a passion and a career. Over the next 11 years, I managed two retail locations, gaining hands-on experience in operations, customer service, and team leadership.

That foundation lead me to the brand side of the bicycle industry, where I spent over 15 years in various leadership roles such as Business Development Manager, Outside Sales Manager and both District & Regional Management. I’ve had the opportunity to work in multiple countries & leverage my knowledge across multiple companies including major global bicycle and footwear/apparel brands. My focus in each role has always been to build high-preforming teams and drive sustainable growth thru leadership development.

Beyond titles and metrics, my true passion is people — specifically, helping others grow. I believe leadership is one of the most transformative skills a person can develop, and I’ve dedicated my career to fostering it in others. Whether it’s through coaching, mentorship, or team development, my mission is to support personal growth through leadership — growth that extends beyond the workplace and into life.
