My career began in 1998 on the floor of a bicycle shop in Central Illinois. What started as a part-time job became a long-term education in leadership, execution, and the realities of running an operation.

After more than a decade of managing retail locations, I transitioned to the brand side of the industry. Over the next 15 years, I held leadership roles as a Business Development Manager, Outside Sales Manager, and District/Regional Director for major global bicycle and footwear brands.

I’ve operated across multiple countries and diverse markets, but the objective was always the same: build strong teams, enforce clear standards, and create sustainable results through leadership.

Beyond the metrics, my focus is on the person behind the title. I believe leadership is the most transformative skill an individual can possess. My mission is to provide the coaching and mentorship that allows leaders to grow—not just as professionals, but as people who can execute at the highest level in every area of life.
