The Forge Leadership Story
One thing has remained constant in my experience leading teams in retail and sales for global bicycle and footwear brands - my drive to help people grow. I've seen firsthand how powerful leadership can be when it's built on trust, perspective and personal development.
Improving as a leader requires us to have a safe space to think out loud and receive honest feedback from someone we trust. Despite their value, these elements are often missing in the workplace. In order to grow, we need someone to bounce ideas off of, gain fresh perspective from and speak to openly without fear of judgment or consequence. With this type of support we can actually develop a tangible plan to grow.
This is what inspired me to start Forge Leadership - to create a space where any leader, at any point in their leadership journey, can think freely, speak openly, strategize and grow as a person and professional.
