Ok… I didn’t actually start a leaf removal company.

BUT… I am excited about 2 things.

1. Leadership should be FUN. Not all wound up in constant conference room mentality.

   You can be a pro and still have a sense of humor.

   Please don’t lose yourself in an attempt to be something you think you should be.

2. I really did buy a leaf blower yesterday and I love it!

   Be safe out there. Have some fun. Tell your team you love them.
